个人简介
王雪莲，博士，讲师。2026年毕业于上海大学机械工程与自动化学院，获工学博士学位。研究方向聚焦于复杂动态系统控制与稳定性分析，主要研究反应扩散系统、Markov跳变系统及复杂网络的同步控制、状态估计与鲁棒性能分析问题，旨在提升复杂系统的稳定性、可靠性和抗扰能力，为工程系统安全运行提供理论方法。相关工作发表于IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、Chaos, Solitons & Fractals、Applied Mathematics and Computation等国外期刊，担任多个SCI期刊审稿人。
